Malua offers shipping through Correos.
As we work on demand and in an artisanal way, the preparation of the order can take 15 days. When making the purchase, a tracking number will be offered to check the status of the order.

Shipping times depend on destination. It is important to note that these are approximate and delays may occur.
Spain: 1-4 business days
Europe: 1-5 business days

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the time of purchase confirmation.

Returns & Refunds
As we work to order we don´t accept exchanges or returns. As they are pieces produced by hand, they may contain some small imperfections, making them unique.
However, if your piece is damaged within the first 15 days of receiving your order, we offer repairs. To do this, contact us at info@maluajewels.com attaching images of the piece.

Size Guide
Keep in mind that finger size may change depending on the temperature you are in. If you hesitate between two sizes, we recommend taking the larger one. Likewise, the size may vary from one hand to another.

To know the size of your ring, you can measure its diameter and compare it with the following table: Size table
We recommend doing this exercise at night since that is when your fingers tend to be most swollen.
Product Care
Our pieces are handcrafted in recycled silver and some of them in gold-plated brass or gold-plated silver.
We do not guarantee the total durability of gold plating as it tends to reduce with use, this time will depend on the care you give it. 
To increase the life of the piece, we recommend avoiding contact with liquids by removing them during bathing or sports. Also, storing them in separate bags will avoid creating damage. Please keep in mind that any strong impact may damage the piece.
