Malua offers shipping through Correos.
As we work on demand and in an artisanal way, the preparation of the order can take 30 days. When making the purchase, a tracking number will be offered to check the status of the order.
Shipping times depend on destination. It is important to note that these are approximate and delays may occur.
Spain: 1-4 business days
Europe: 1-5 business days
The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the time of purchase confirmation.

Returns & Refunds
As we work to order we don´t accept exchanges or returns. As they are pieces produced by hand, they may contain some small imperfections, making them unique.
However, if your piece is damaged within the first 15 days of receiving your order, we offer repairs. To do this, contact us at info@maluajewels.com attaching images of the piece.

Size Guide
How to find your size?
1. Select a ring that fits the finger you want.
2. Measure the inside diameter with a ruler.
3. Compare the measurement to the sizes in the following size table.
We recommend doing this exercise at night since that is when your fingers tend to be most swollen.
Keep in mind that finger size may change depending on the temperature you are in. If you hesitate between two sizes, we recommend taking the larger one. Likewise, the size may vary from one hand to another.
